Enjoy a natural product from the Alps – our Alpenhonig Blossom. Harvested from beekeepers, whom we trust fully, this honey is our greatest pleasure and a stroke of luck from nature. The blossom honey from the valleys is the typically fast-crystallising multiflorous honey found in the region. It is a reflection of the variety of blossoms in the Alpine region. This honey is carefully cold-stirred by us to its creamy consistency.

Honey is a natural raw food and therefore not suitable for children aged under 12 months.

Honey is a natural product. Variations in colour and consistency are therefore a sign of its authenticity and do not affect the quality of the honey.

    Ich habe zwar eine große Auswahl an Rohhonig zu Hause, wollte aber trotzdem unbedingt ein paar Sorten von Breitsamer probieren – einfach, weil ich Familienunternehmen und deren Tradition sehr schätze.

    ​Geschmacklich sind sie wirklich gut, keine Frage! Da ich aber ansonsten fast ausschließlich Rohhonig verwende, ist es für mich persönlich doch ein kleiner Unterschied, da dieser hier eben nicht naturbelassen (roh) ist. Trotzdem ein schönes Produkt für zwischendurch.
