Prices, Shipping fees and information about delivery

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax as well as other price components.

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made per post. All deliveries are sent to the order/delivery address provided by the customer who placed the order. The customer must ensure that their address information is accurate and complete.

If an order is not collected from the parcel locker or post office specified as the delivery address within the standard collection period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Unfortunately, Breitsamer Honig cannot cover the shipping costs for a second delivery.

After receipt of payment we´ll ship the goods within 3 working days. Delivery by DHL within 2-3 business days.

We only deliver to addreses in Germany and Austria. If you require delivery to other European countries, please contact us: info@breitsamer.de

There is a standard delivery charge of €5.00 for orders dispatched to addresses in Germany. Delivery is free for orders with a value of €25.00 or above. The shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

A flat shipping fee of €15.00 applies to all orders shipped to Austria, regardless of the order value.

The standard delivery charge includes statutory VAT.

No shipping costs are charged for digital content (downloads of flyers and brochures, etc.).

You can pay by advance payment, PayPal, or credit and debit card. The goods will be shipped after payment has been received.
